Opening

After a long day of class I got on the train and found my way to the 3rd arrondissement to meet up with Carla and Arthur.

We walked over to the Ryan McGinley & Harmony Korinne & Dash Snow gallery opening. Arthur works for Ryan. I introduced myself to the lady who let us in and later Carla told me it was Agnes B, the designer.

Ryan came up to us and told us three to hang out for a bit longer and to go to the afterparty. Later his boyfriend came and got us and we walked with about 10 people to the 4th arrondissement, past the Centre Pompidou to Agnes B's beautiful beautiful apartment.

I forgot that guy's name! But he was taping the whole event for Ryan.

I had a looot of champagne last night. A french girl who was an assistant editor for a french magazine came up and talked to me, started telling me that she thought that making American friends is hard because they're a bit more fake friendly and are flakey, but French people want to get to know you and make the relationship evolve. We ended up talking for a long time while I munched on plums in the kitchen.

At school today. Lots of work needs to get done before class at 2pm.
