Yesterday I had 3 classes back to back to back.. meaning I had more than 7 hours of class. Didn't finish until around 8. Went to a crepe place with Priya and Carla. We're watching such good movies in my Cinema class. Most I've already seen, but any cinema class that makes us watch FatGirl and the Prophet already wins my heart.
Had a un bout d'insomnie last night. Anxious and panicky for multiple reasons, one of which was that it was a full moon (Nassim had the same problem last night) and whenever that happens I feel unsettled.
Today I got up at 8 to get to school by 9 for my written contemporary class. I like my teacher a lot. I was going to go home and go to the bank to pay my rent but I decided to watch the movie Seraphine in the courtyard which was assigned for next week for the cinema class. Then I did most of my homework, and chilled with Priya Katie and Nassim all day because I wanted to audit the art class at 5:30. We went and got sushi around 3. Then went to the art class and we spent 2 hours watching various dada films including some by man ray. I LOVED it, and I'm auditing it because I can't take it for credit or else I exceed my max of 18 credits this semester, which is great because it takes away the pressure of a grade and I can come and go as I please. Next week we're going to a museum, and some classes we go to her art studio to paint and draw. Nassim is auditing it too so that means we can travel some thursdays. Oh shoot I just remembered that I have to get my ticket to Florence!
Then I took the train over to Nassim's in the 15th and then we walked to the Motte Piquette stop to meet Jeff and Julia at a cute restaurant. I got a chevre-chaud salad, I never thought I would like goat cheese but man do I love that chevre-chaud.
Then I took the train home because tomorrow we're going to Provins at 8am!
Paris Techno Parade is on Saturday, Aurelle just told me.
