the metro today
these first two weeks we have 4 hours of french class a day.
olivier's class today was good, but dense in homework again. he left us 2-3 hours of work tonight, including memorization of a Van Gogh interview. It feels normal to me, since I took his class already. I realized I'm going to have a lot a lot of work this semester, considering i'm taking advanced spoken and written contemporary and a comp lit class, as well as a cinema class.
our second teacher was so cute and animated, we practiced conversing in class, introducing ourselves, and worked on phonetics.
it's funny to me that Cloudy brought my mom presents again for her birthday. Every single year, he'll bring a dead bird or mouse or both for my mom on her birthday.
today there's some sort of strike going on in the metro. it was extremely crammed, and the transfer wasn't even worth it.. it was so crowded that i would have had to wait for 3 trains to be able to get in. so aurelle and i walked instead and it wasn't so bad of a walk.
internet situation should be fixed tomorrow hopefully. it better be.
